Courses offered after 5 p.m.
To serve the needs of local adult learners who cannot attend daytime classes, the Division of Continuing Education cooperates with academic departments in offering special Purdue credit classes in the evening. These classes are designated by section numbers beginning with "X" (for example, ENGL X01 or ENGL X02). Each semester several openings in these classes are reserved for adult learners.
Evening classes are taught by University faculty, graduate instructors, and community resource people who have been approved by the appropriate academic departments.
You should enroll in evening classes as early as possible since popular classes fill up quickly and other classes may be canceled because of inadequate advance enrollment.
If you are a new or non-degree-seeking student, please contact the Office of Admissions at 765-494-1776; current degree-seeking students must contact your Academic Advisor.
